When will my order be delivered?

Orders will arrive within 2-7 business days after your order is placed unless we inform you differently on our website or via email. Shipments leave from California, so please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your distance from our warehouse.

  

How do I track my order?

What if my package didn't arrive?

Please email us at hello@purewildco.com. We'll do our best to work with our shipping partners to find your package. However, we're not responsible for any errors in the order or shipping address that result in a lost package.

  

What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?

Please contact hello@purewildco.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

  

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

Please email us at hello@purewildco.com with a photo of the damage that shows the bottles are unusable. Then we can ship a replacement to you free of charge.

 

Can I ship products to multiple addresses?

Yes, but you will need to place a separate order for each location.
